About the LearnCenter
The Clyde Institute's LearnCenter is a ground-breaking learning and employee development system introduced in 2008. Clyde Institute's LeanCenter is only the second deployment of such a system by a construction company and the first to integrate payroll and other HR functions. The release of the LearnCenter was featured in more than a dozen training and HR publications and Web sites throughout the US and England.
Featuring hundreds of web-based courses, the online university provides Clyde Companies' employees with access to online and classroom training, career resources,
customized professional and personal development programs, and more. It manages a performance review program for each employee and houses collaboration tools
powered by Microsoft's SharePoint. The online university permits the company, as well as the employee, to manage career development from "hire to retire." Key customers also have access to the online university as a value-added service that enables them to provide employee development services to their employees.
